one week.

so the past week has just really been one really long and tiring blur. like really, that is exactly what i feel like it has been to be completely honest. almost like i am dreaming about everything.

i have: bought beer, wine, and liquor. toured Parliament, seen Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, toured Shakespeare's Globe theater, Tate Modern Art Museum, The National Portrait Gallery, seen The London Tower, Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Harrods, seen STOMP, and gone to two classes, experienced the Tube to the fullest extent, gone on a double decker bus, a pub, and have been 100% soaked while doing most of these things.
my class on the Globe theater stage

overall conclusion: i absolutely LOVE London with all my heart. i love the city, i love the people, i love my flatmates [all 8 of them], i love the weather, for the most part, i love seeing Bumble and Fidgel and will be seeing Sunny and Yorkie thursday :] and Freckles friday.? possibly..? and it just really, is nothing i ever dreamed i would be doing. and it is so much more amazing then i thought it would be!my favorite roomie-Melaney

so my favorite thing so far would have to be: Parliament or Globe Theater. but i am not sure, cause i like everything so much :] i just really really like it here, aside from how EXPENSIVE life is. like legit, i can not believe how much money everything costs. it makes me cringe. i wish i had like unlimited source of money right now so i could be doing everything i want to do and not have to worry about everything, because i want to have money to travel, and do everything i want to do once i get to Swansea. I really want to be able to go to Greece with Erin, and then visit Ireland and everything :] and then I want to see Paris and Barcelona for sure! and when Ryan comes to visit i would love to be able to go somewhere fun with him, so we will see!

speaking of which, i absolutely can not wait to see him and have him come visit and everything. it will definitely be exciting to do something like that exciting with him. i dont know, just seems so amazing. and so unreal. he has been amazing the last week. i've talked to him twice since i've been here. but i have to put more money on my phone card-cause i have used it all! so pretty lame if you ask me. but i have been texting him using im, at least everyday. and he just has been so awesome. and cute. and just has been making this a lot easier for me :] if you can't tell yet-i just absolutely love him. :]

well, i am going to try and sleep, and watch a movie. don't know the plans yet for tomorrow, aside from thinking of stuff for my paper...we have to write a 6 page paper on basically anything in the British culture we want, i am thinking something of how education [uni level] is so cheap compared to in the States and how it give them a head start over here..? but we will see...

well, hope everyone is happy wherever you are....
love from london.

hey so you need to go to "waggamomma". Its a restaurant (there are a bunch in London, and I think one in NYC now) anyway, its a traditional Ramen place. Dont think like, top ramen, think like, gourmet ramen!! its really good, and not very expensive and they have all different kinds. Say hi to yorkie and whoever else you see while you're over there. xoxox mac
