"It seems like the simplest concept: just push them all away and you’ll never get hurt. However, the simplest isn’t always the most effective. Someday, somebody’s going to find their way in, and they’re going to leave you on your knees."
i am sick, yet again UGH, kirstin is sick and she got me sick, just a runny nose and sore throat combo making us both feel like poo. but we are loading up on the meds!
we've been working out everyday the last 2 weeks and i feel GREAT! plus i am eating better and gave up candy for lent, so this is good! we are either running or doing the bike for 30 minutes a day [usually the bike for me, we both tried the elliptical but it hurts my knee/hip too much and her knee too much! booo bad knees!] and then we pump some iron, aka just do some of the machines that work your shoulders and arms and this week we are going to do some more leg things and then we do about 10 minutes of abs. i am loving it, especially because we go in the mid morning, we are going in about 5 minutes now.. and no one is there, except some old people! and i am eating either special k or carnation instant breakfast in the morning before class and then yogurt for lunch and then a salad or something along those lines for dinner. =)
anddd 23 days til we get to NEWORLEANSSS !! and 22 until we leave! yayy, we are leaving after kirstins class on thursday afternoon and getting there about 11-12 on friday morning! we are SOO excited and have $103.24 saved up since the start of fall semester in change! [it is all for gas money] but i am just trying to get through the next 22 days!

the work out sounds great!! my trainer made a great point to me - dont forget the protein!! Your body will recover faster if you eat some good lean protein within a half hour of finishing your workout! (so, at lunch, make sure you have some turkey!!)
Good luck with the workout!! :D miss you!
